Return & Refund Policy
At Country Paper, we are committed to providing high-quality paper and printing supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- Returns due to customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong size or type) may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used thermal till rolls, bond rolls, and labels.
- Ink cartridges and ribbons that have been opened or used.
- Custom or special-order products.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
5. How to Start a Return
