Conditions for Returns

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, ensure the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as delivered

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

If you ordered the wrong item, you may return it. However, a 15% restocking fee applies, and you will cover return shipping.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used thermal till rolls, bond rolls, and labels

  • Opened ink cartridges and ribbons

  • Custom or special-order products


How Refunds Work

After we inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the decision. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please remember: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item or defective product).


Exchanges for Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange an exchange promptly.
